Our trip to Mammoth Cave was great!  There were over twenty scouts there with their families.  We went on a hike where a ranger told us about the park’s history and its plants and animals.  We saw a green snake on the trail.  We also looked at the Old Guide’s Cemetery.  We went back to camp and had lunch.  Next we went into the cave.  It was awesome!  We saw bats and rock formations.  When we got back we roasted marshmallows over the campfire.  Later, we went to bed, and when we woke up, we went home exhausted.
